| History | Mission Statement:The Northern Iowa Association of Pond & Water Gardeners is a non-profit organization founded in partnership with the University of Northern Iowa Department of Biology. The organization seeks to encourage a greater appreciation of pond and water gardening through the study of aquatic ecosystems and their components. Members learn skills pertaining to the design, development, management and maintenance of ponds and water gardens.
